I am a violinist, who has been working predominantly in West End shows for the last 12 years as well as some orchestras and groups like Eco and Voces8.

I studied at RNCM, University of Manchester and GSMD. I have also been practicing and teaching meditation since 2010, providing weekly online sessions for members of the musicians’ union in the UK since 2020. Also in 2020 i set up an online platform to provide daily meditation sessions throughout the pandemic, and these sessions are still ongoing.

I teach meditation to people from all ages and backgrounds age 8 upwards. Beginners to advanced and beyond.
For younger students i have games which provide emotional support and development, as well sharing fun ways to feel calm and confident.
For all students i teach different methods to change our relationship with thoughts, allowing freedom from them and returning home to peace and calm within. Often our thoughts can be negative, unkind and they limit what we think we can and can’t do. To change our relationship with them naturally allows us to be the best version of ourselves beyond limitations, without having to stop or control thoughts!
My own experience was a long journey trying to cope with performance nerves and a general feeling of not being enough. Meditation is the one thing which has allowed me to be free of those negative beliefs and fears i had. It’s by far the most important and life-changing choice i have ever made! I now play the violin with freedom, i live my whole life in freedom, ease and happiness and teaching this to others is the most magical thing!
