5. Teacher Services Beyond the Stave acts as an intermediary to connect students with independent music teachers. While we vet all educators, we are not liable for the conduct, quality, or outcome of individual lessons. However, we welcome and review all feedback to ensure teaching standards remain high.
6. Student Conduct Students are expected to: – Attend lessons punctually and with required materials. – Communicate respectfully with all teachers and platform staff. – Avoid recording, redistributing, or publishing lessons without written consent.
7. Intellectual Property All content provided on the platform, including logos, branding, teaching materials, and web design, is the property of Beyond the Stave or its content creators. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability We strive to provide a reliable and high-quality service. However, Beyond the Stave is not liable for: – Lesson cancellations or rescheduling by teachers or students – Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., internet disruptions) – Any personal or academic outcomes resulting from lessons
