Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective as of 20.4.25

Refunds – All lesson purchases, including single lessons and lesson packages, are non-refundable. –

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a lesson or package has been purchased, including for missed or unused lessons.

Cancellations & Rescheduling –

Lessons may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled lesson time.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the lesson cannot be accommodated.

 We encourage students and parents to carefully check their availability before confirming a lesson.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

While our policy is firm, we understand that truly exceptional situations can occur. If you experience a serious emergency or an unforeseen issue, please contact us at jackie@beyondthestave.music.

Exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of Beyond the Stave and are not guaranteed.

 

Teacher Absences

In the rare event that a teacher is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, we will offer:

A rescheduled lesson at a mutually convenient time.
